We were called in to a car Service centre in Cheltenham, the owner had real issues with oil being trodden into the rather smart office used as the area for customer reception.
Having used carpet cleaning firms in the past, he was a little disillusioned as the service and price seemed to vary monthly, despite being on a service contract.
I offered to do a one off clean, and if happy with the results, we could discuss a service contract that would maintain the three most important areas:
- Service quality
- The flexibility to work within his timescales
After the initial clean, the client was absolutely delighted and stated that the results were better than any previous attempts.
We now have a set price monthly service contract with the same results being achieved each time.
